Delete account

You can delete your account and personal data in the app or request deletion by email.

In the app

  1. Open Cook Swipe and go to Profile.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm the notice and choose Delete permanently.

Deletion cannot be undone.

Without access to the app

Send your request from your account email if possible. We may need to verify your identity with you.

What is deleted?

  • Your account and profile data.
  • Your recipes, collections and uploaded recipe images.
  • Your household memberships and personal associations.

Households with other members remain. Shared planning entries may be retained; deleted recipes will no longer appear as your recipes in them. Statutory retention requirements of payment and app store providers are unaffected.
